Returning your Epic Board Skin?

Epic Board Skins wants you to be completely satisfied. Please return any Epic Board Skin product within 30 days from the purchase date. All returns must be mailed back to Epic Board Skins head office, the address in on our contact page.

 

If you have purchased an Epic Board Skins "Skins Card" from your local board shop or dealer and you have not broken the seal or used your Skin Card PIN Code yet you may return it only within that stores return policy.

 

If you have purchased direct by purchasing online we'll be glad to make an exchange for a new one or refund your payment. The 30 day period begins on the date that the product was purchased from any distributor or dealer. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is the responsibility of the sender and non-refundable.

IMPORTANT- Only unused products are eligible for return. Once the backing is completely or partly separated from the adhesive sheet it is non-returnable or refundable. All returns must be in like-new, re-sellable condition with all original contents provided. All contents shipped must be returned before receiving a refund.
